{christmas cheer}

This is Eliza's Christmas outfit this year.

  We just bought a new camera and were trying it out..that is why there are so many pictures of this girlie:)

I took Henry and Eliza to a matinee of The Nutcracker. 

 Christian Svenson was dancing in it and there were a few families that came to support him and give their children the opportunity to see part of a ballet.  Henry LOVED it!  He did not move a muscle the whole entire time.  He loved the Russian dancers the best...so did I!  Eliza really liked it, but got a little fidgety towards the end.  I was glad I brought some books just in case.

Henry made this paper chain ALL by himself. 

He cut out the strips of paper and then stapled them together.  He LOVED this project and was passionate about how long the chain should be.  I hung some on the staircase, but we had Christmas chains all over the house!

How I found the children one morning!

Eliza is reading a Christmas book and Henry is writing.

I love finding their manger scene displayed in new ways. 

One of them put everyone surrounding baby Jesus...profound.
